logorama is a short film by the French film and animation collective H5, which visualizes and explores the way that logos are increasingly embedded in our existence. Winner of the Kodak Prix at the
Cannes Film Festival this year, logorama will be screened at various locations in London, Paris, and Brussels in the coming months, and hopefully Amsterdam soon.
After a series of natural disasters, a world very similar to the one we live in now, is rebuilt from the graphic signs and typographical images that we know only too well. Far from being an anti-capitalist statement, logorama is a meditation on form, inspired from a fascination of design.
logorama will shortly be screened at:
11 Sep 2009 - BFI southbank (british film institute), London
19 Sep 2009 - galerie anatome, Paris
29 Oct 2009 - musée des arts décoratifs, Paris
18 Nov 2009 - palais des beaux-arts, Brussels
